High energy wedding antics from the start!
DJ & Sax works brilliantly when you have a crowd that wants to party.
Rather than the sax being a separate performance, the idea is to have it working alongside the DJ set — jumping in over the right tracks, interacting with guests and adding another level of live energy to the dancefloor.
That was definitely the case at Pat & Jen’s wedding.
As the evening built, we moved through feel-good party favourites and dancefloor classics before Benjamin joined me on sax and things went up another gear. 🎷🔥
By that point we had a seriously up-for-it crowd, plenty of hands in the air and one of those brilliantly chaotic wedding dancefloors where everyone just lets loose.
Exactly how I like a wedding party to feel.

I was at The Craftsman in Warwick providing the soundtrack for Pat and Jen's Warwickshire wedding celebration, joined by Benjamminsax on live sax for a DJ & Sax combination that quickly turned into absolute dancefloor mayhem.
A DJ and Saxophone Combo that feels like a party
My approach to weddings isn't about working through a predetermined list of songs.
Everything is mixed live, reading the room and moving between styles depending on what's working on the dancefloor.
Adding live sax gives me another tool to lift those big moments, particularly with house, Ibiza classics, disco, 90s dance and modern party tracks.
When the DJ, sax player and crowd all feed off each other, you get nights like this one.
And judging by Pat & Jen's dancefloor, I think it's fair to say it worked. 😜
